Anon considers the bed for a moment, then shakes his head. This isn't the time to take it easy.
He walks toward the window and opens the latch to peer outside. The room seems to be on the second floor of the mansion. Looking down, he sees a large, well-kept
garden and a few small structures nearby. They seem to be storehouses or maintenance sheds. Further, he sees a tall wall that extends all around the mansion. He
can't see any gate, so the entrance must be on the other side.
He looks left, then right, examining the contour of the mansion. There seem to be a few places he can probably step on, but he doubts he can climb down from here.
Looking down, there isn't anything that can cushion his landing. He can probably try to use the ledges to reach the other room windows on the second floor. He
makes a mental note of this, just in case.
He looks toward the lake. It is painted blood red with the light of the setting sun. Anon quickly turns away, hoping that it isn't an omen.
He turns toward the table and sees that the lamp isn't lit by electricity, as there are no outlets. He examines it, and finds a strange glowing orb inside it. He shrugs
- Gensokyo is that sort of place after all.
"Wait, how do I know that?", he says to himself.
Anon sits on the bed and takes a few minutes to concentrate, trying to remember as much as he can. He knows he is from Outside. He has no recollection of having
any unusual abilities, despite what Patchouli thinks. He seems to be familiar with Gensokyo and the Scarlet Devil mansion, somehow. Deja vu?
He shakes his head. He can't remember anything else right now.
He looks up and spies the wall cabinets. He isn't really sure of what he is looking for, but he decides to open and examine the contents of each. He sighs as he finds
that the cabinets are completely empty, save a few hangers and two clean towels. He notes that they are large enough to fit one, maybe two persons. Having no need
for the towels, he turns his attention to the table beside the bed.
It seems to have a drawer.
