Anon heads closer to the table and opens the drawer, expecting it to be as empty as any unused guest room should be.

It isn't.

He finds a small black notebook, a small ballpoint pen, a digital watch, and several sheets of stationary paper. He immediately notices that the first three items have

come from the Outside, while the rest of the stationary may have been procured anywhere. He takes the watch and examines it. It is still in good condition, so he

puts it on.

[6:30 pm]

He takes the notebook. The first few pages seem to contain hastily written college notes and formulas, but no clue to its owner. For some reason, the idea of college

feels boring, so he closes the notebook. He takes the pen and tests it on a few sheets of stationary; he finds that it still has ink. He pockets both items.

He takes the sheets of stationary and examines them. His attention is suddenly focused on the untidy writing on the sheets. What he notices first is not that it is written in English, but what the first time line reads.

"THIS PLACE IS CURSED"
