Anon decides to take a gamble and ask help from Patchouli. After all, she is one of the slightly less dangerous inhabitants of the Scarlet Devil Mansion. This time, he simply shrugged off his seemingly innate knowledge of the place. To find out what was going on, he would need help.

"Excuse me, Miss Patchouli. Do you have any idea why I arrived here? I can't seem to remember much, aside from an odd familiarity with the mansion. I also have a strange urge to scream curses at someone named Yukari."

Patchouli stays silent and looks straight into Anon's eyes, as if to ascertain some hidden agenda. After a few moments, she sighs and turns back to her book.

"Seems like you have been gapped in here. Yukari is the only one in Gensokyo to do such thoughtless things. It is quite strange, though. I always sense her presence when she gaps someone near the mansion."

Patchouli continues to stare at her book, but clearly she is in deep thought. Anon quickly decides to continue asking questions while she is in a talkative mood. "So, where should I go next?", he asks.

"That would depend on where you want to go," she says. In a few moments, it is clear she would say no more.

"It doesn't really matter where, as long as I get somewhere, I suppose," Anon continues.

"Then it wouldn't matter which way you take, then," she said simply.

Patchouli is still in deep thought. Beside Patchouli, Koakuma was silently listening to the conversation.

To his right, he could see the door exiting the library. He could probably leave if he wanted to. But he has a nagging feeling that he has seen this before.
